The Mixed Summer Knockout
The Mixed Summer Knockout final proved to be a close run match with Erica Klim, The Club Captain, and Mike Metcalfe winning on the 19th hole. The competition is a Greensomes format using the ladies stroke index and with the men playing off the white tees.
George and Janice White started off well and were three up after a few holes. However, experience showed through and Klim and Metcalfe steadily fought back to claim victory with a 30-foot putt from off the green.
Ann Dyson Trophy
The Ladies Past Captains enjoyed their final meeting of the year playing in the Ann Dyson Trophy. Sue Wells was triumphant for the second year playing consistently well and making good use of the excellent condition of the greens.
The Ladies Daily Mail Foursomes
The Ladies Daily Mail Foursomes competition was played in beautiful autumn conditions with Glynis Slater and Erica Klim clear winners. They will go on to represent the club next year in the national competition.

Christmas Draw
It's amazing to think that Christmas is fast approaching, with the recent weather it seems like we have finished summer and now we are starting to think about the festive period. The pro shop has started to sell tickets already and six days in already the tickets are selling fast, therefore pop in and don't miss out on a fantastic Christmas Draw with a twist…
The tickets will be numbered 1 - 500 and the amount you pay for your ticket is based upon the number of the ticket you draw out of the hat at random. Every ticket number is the amount in pence you pay for your ticket e.g. If you pick ticket number 20 you will pay 20p for your ticket, pick ticket 380 and you pay £3.80 for your ticket. Therefore, the minimum you pay for a ticket is 1p and the maximum is £5 . The prize table will be worth over £1,000 .
