Hole-in-one Alert
Congratulations to Phil Leonard who made a hole-in-one on the seventh hole on Wednesday using a rescue club and flushed it from 179 yards.
Golf Simulator
Unpredictable weather stopping you playing? You can still play a round of golf on our golf simulator. Our Studio incorporates the latest simulator technology and has been built attached to the driving range facility. It provides an indoor teaching/practice/training facility, for use at night or day throughout the year.
The simulator includes golf courses from all over the world including Carnoustie, Congressional, Emirates, Prairie Dunes, Coeur D'alene and Hazeltine. There is also an opportunity to practice in the studio using the FSX practice range incorporating targets on a simulated range and 'Nearest the Pin' challenges. Below are the prices and breakdown for the services we offer:
One Hour Hire - Members - £20. Non-members - £25.
30 Minute Practice - Members - £12.50. Non-members - £15. Note - total cost for room hire, up to four people.
Society Packages from £2 per person (Nearest the Pin or Longest Drive).

Professional Shop Team Product Review
This week's product review is based around one of the best stand bags on the market and quite possibly the most comfortable stand bag created. The new 4 Series stand bag has all the features you would expect from a typical PING bag, it's light, has plenty of pockets and very comfortable to carry.
Straps - The PING bags have always provided soft mesh shoulder straps which are easy to adjust and un-clip if needed. The pads are very lightweight and durable with a sliding mechanism incorporating the design so the straps move free as you walk, this stops any rubbing on your shoulders.
Pockets - There is a good amount of pockets on the bag including a valuables pocket (Lined and sealed with a key clip), cooler pocket for a water bottle, a generous ball pocket and an apparel pocket, two accessory pockets and a rain hood cover discretely attached under the back padding.
All round this bag has everything you need to accommodate your golf game. It's lightweight, water resistant and very comfortable to carry.
